The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The space was ideal for several families to share. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater was not functioning which made it a bit chilly for swimming. Thankfully, the hot tub was a great alternative and we made the most of it! The guest studios by the pool are compact, offering a nice touch of privacy if you need it. Being an older property, there are some signs of wear that you should expect. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't operating properly; the freezer was only slightly colder than the fridge, leaving us without ice as everything melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Also, keep in mind there's no bath or shower on the main level. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location, especially when shared among multiple families.
