Our arrival was supposed to be smooth, but we faced several delays. We landed around 1:00 pm and planned to have lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning process was still ongoing. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we received no response, and another inquiry at 7:02 pm yielded the same lack of communication. It wasn't until about 7:45 pm that we finally gained access to the property. Upon entering, we discovered that work was being done on the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with tile cutting going on until approximately 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We were disappointed by the absence of an apology or any attempts to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund for the delays and issues we encountered, I was told the host would need to consult the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating, and I would hesitate to book again.
We had a fantastic weekend getaway with friends in this spacious rental. While there were a few minor concerns, such as the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor, overall it matched what was advertised. I would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

My friends and I spent three weeks at this wonderful Airbnb, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better! It was our first visit to West Palm, and we made the right choice with this area. Everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away, and some spots were even within walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located it was to all the attractions. This picturesque Airbnb is housed in a century-old building, and the pool and cabana area in the backyard were highlights of our trip. The two 'casitas' were excellent for accommodating our large group comfortably. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. A couple of things could be improved, such as updating the washer/dryer and providing more comfortable pillows, but overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a larger party looking for a prime location in West Palm.
We had a fantastic time at this property during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 12. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating! Highly recommend this place!

Upon arrival, the owner greeted us with a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. They offered fantastic suggestions for local beaches, dining spots, and fun activities to do during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!
