We had an unforgettable experience at this lovely property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! It easily accommodated our party of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses provided just the right amount of privacy while keeping us together. The outdoor space was breathtaking and turned out to be perfect for memorable photos. Plus, the location was fantastic—just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was exceptionally attentive and supportive during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!
I would definitely rate the host a full five stars based on my experience, but I did encounter a few issues with the unit itself. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, I felt that one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels provided weren't exactly high quality. It would be great if the owner considered updating those.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a cozy space, perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, with a versatile bed that can either be arranged as twins or a king. The location is convenient and close to many attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring modern appliances like a stove and refrigerator, along with a stylish sink and countertop. The bathroom is newly renovated too, complete with nice details such as a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans that help keep the atmosphere pleasant, in addition to the responsive air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with shelves and hanging space, providing ample storage. Guests also have shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking which is an added bonus. The owner was very responsive and handled a few minor concerns promptly and amicably. All in all, the property met our expectations, and we'd be happy to book with this owner again.

The location is fantastic, providing easy access to everything we wanted to explore, although the building shows its age. The host communicated promptly and addressed our needs efficiently. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of some care, with visible wear and tear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it comfortable, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
This Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't have been better; it's just a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet completely free from any noise. There are plenty of shops and eateries just a 2-minute walk away, plus a lovely beach is only a 10-minute drive. We also found ourselves within a 15-minute stroll to Clemantis, where we enjoyed delicious dining options and the fantastic farmers market every Saturday. You definitely don't need a car to explore the area. The host was fantastic, ensuring everything went smoothly. Whenever we had a minor issue, they were quick to send someone over to resolve it, which we really appreciated. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The neighbors were friendly, and we found the pool to be a delightful place to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host really went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings available, they certainly come across as trustworthy and attentive. We highly recommend this property as well as the host's other listings to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
This property was perfect for gathering my family all in one place. I definitely recommend it, but do check that the pool has been cleaned before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy our day in the backyard with the grill since the pool was a bit murky and needed treatment. However, the property manager took care of it promptly with the pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. Highly appreciated!

If I were solely rating the host, I would give a full five stars, as they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond their control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which the host addressed promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a deeper clean, and the towels provided were not the best quality. I believe the owner should consider replacing them.

Our work trip brought us to this lovely place, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The spacious layout was ideal, with cozy, spotless beds that made for restful nights. The two additional cottage rooms offered great privacy and personal bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was delightful, nestled among trees, and although we had to use the provided nets for leaves, it was still a great spot for a swim in the nice weather. The sound of the waterfall at night was incredibly soothing. The neighborhood was very peaceful and felt secure, allowing us to stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Plus, being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place made it easy to explore a variety of restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. The host was incredibly attentive, quickly addressing any questions we had. We would certainly consider returning to this gem in the future.

We arrived after our flight around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a leisurely lunch before checking in at the scheduled time of 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived for check-in, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working, pushing our check-in time to a little after 7:00 pm. After multiple inquiries with no timely updates, we finally got access around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and workers were still replacing tiles well into the night. We also found some construction debris left in the kitchen, including a used toilet and sink. To make matters worse, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the host. I did reach out regarding a potential refund for the late check-in and the disturbances, but was told they would have to consult the owners, and I've yet to hear back. Overall, this experience was rather disappointing and I would think twice about staying here again.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1 PM, hoping to grab a quick lunch before checking in at 4 PM. Unfortunately, when we got there, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and the check-in would be delayed. We checked in again at 5:49 PM but received no update. After some time, at 7:02 PM, we asked for an update again and were simply told to wait. We finally got access to the place around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor during our stay. They even continued cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. To top it off, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen the entire time. We didn't receive any apologies or solutions for the inconveniences. When I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and other issues, I was informed that the host would need to consult with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting here again.
