The owner was fantastic! Always quick to respond and very considerate. I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Would definitely recommend it!
We arrived at the airport around 1:00 pm and planned to enjoy a nice lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that it would take longer since the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting, we checked in at 7:45 pm after several follow-ups, including one at 5:49 pm and another at 7:02 pm. When we finally entered the property, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, with workers still on-site tiling the floor. Unfortunately, they were cutting tile until about 9:30 pm, which made it quite noisy. To add to our frustration, they left behind a used toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen during our entire stay. There was no apology offered for the inconveniences, and when I inquired about a possible discount for the late check-in and the issues we faced, I was told they would speak to the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

The owner of this property was incredible! They were very attentive and quick to address any questions or concerns I had. I really appreciated the help in finding last-minute accommodations for the DWD event, making the experience so much easier. The studio itself is beautifully designed and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Plus, the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, helping to ease my legs after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
We booked this place for a work trip and were thoroughly impressed. The property offered ample space, and the beds were not only clean but also extremely comfortable. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided excellent privacy with their own bathrooms. The pool area was a delightful addition, surrounded by trees, and although we had to use the nets to keep it tidy, we enjoyed swimming there during the lovely weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall made our nights even more relaxing. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and safe, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix enjoyable. Its location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where numerous bars and restaurants await, as well as the beach. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries, making the experience even better. We would happily return if the property is available again in the future.
