Entire rental unit. Stylish Ybor City Condo in Tampa with Inviting Pool Access

This apartment was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the area.

The host was incredibly welcoming, and the accommodation was perfect for our stay.

This place is ideally situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was inviting, but we found that the heater wasn’t functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice retreat for those seeking some privacy. Keep in mind, the property is older, so there are signs of wear that come with age. We did encounter some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t keep items frozen, which was a bit of a hassle for our ice needs. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which could pose challenges for guests with mobility concerns since there’s no bathing facility down there. However, the price was reasonable if you’re sharing the costs among several families.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building does show its age. The host was very communicative and responsive. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and a couple of the pieces of furniture are showing wear with some peeling. Despite these issues, I still had a pleasant stay; it’s a cozy spot in a prime location, just a few improvements would make it even better.
