Our experience at this Airbnb was simply amazing! We spent a whole month here and loved every second. The location couldn't be better – just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (yet surprisingly quiet), a quick stroll to various shops and dining options, and only a short drive to the beach. It's also an easy 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. No need for a vehicle to explore the area! The host was fantastic and made our stay seamless. Whenever we encountered an issue, they quickly arranged for assistance and resolved everything without delay. This place is roomy, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The other residents were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we mistakenly mixed up our checkout dates, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With several listings, the host is incredibly reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place as well as the other listings managed by the host.

The location of the property turned out to be quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the price point, which felt excessive for what the space offered, I was relieved to receive a full refund as per Airbnb's policy. However, I believe the rates should be more reasonable for the amenities provided. I hope future guests see a better value with improved facilities.
This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often costly short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. It’s conveniently located near attractions in WPB. The recently updated kitchen features a stove, fridge, and modern sink with countertops. The bathroom has also seen renovations and includes nice details like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help maintain a comfortable atmosphere along with the superb air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, both shared with the primary residence (which is also available for rent if you require additional space). The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns with ease. Overall, the property met our expectations and I would happily book with this host again.

This property is in an excellent location, nestled in a secure neighborhood that's perfect for a family getaway. The space was quite accommodating for our group, although the pool's heater seemed to be out of order. Although the water was chilly, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was a great way to unwind! The studios by the pool are compact but offer a nice touch of privacy if you need it. Being an older home, there are a few signs of age, but it adds character. We did experience some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; it didn't keep things as cold as expected, resulting in some melted ice. I would note that the stairs can be a bit tricky, and since only one bedroom is on the ground floor of the main house, it may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, there isn’t a bath or shower on the main level. That said, the price point is reasonable, especially when shared among several families.
