We faced a last-minute cancellation from a different rental and were fortunate to find this one. The host was incredibly quick to respond and made the booking process seamless in under 24 hours. Upon arrival, they greeted us, provided a thorough tour of the property, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. Our work trip brought us to this lovely property and we were thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout offered ample room for everyone, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. Having the two cottage rooms in the back worked out wonderfully, providing extra room and private bathrooms for all. The pool area was a delightful bonus; although surrounded by trees, which required us to use the nets provided for upkeep, we enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather was right. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely feature. We felt secure in this peaceful neighborhood and took pleasant evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with an array of bars, restaurants, and easy beach access. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. We would love to return in the future if the property is available.
