Our work trip brought us to this lovely property and we were thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout offered ample room for everyone, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. Having the two cottage rooms in the back worked out wonderfully, providing extra room and private bathrooms for all. The pool area was a delightful bonus; although surrounded by trees, which required us to use the nets provided for upkeep, we enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather was right. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely feature. We felt secure in this peaceful neighborhood and took pleasant evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with an array of bars, restaurants, and easy beach access. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. We would love to return in the future if the property is available.

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every second. The location is fantastic; it's just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport, yet completely quiet. Plus, a short stroll of just 2 minutes takes you to a variety of shops and eateries, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed a lovely 15-minute walk to Clemantis for some amazing dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You truly don’t need a car to explore the area. The host was wonderful, making our stay so easy from start to finish. Any maintenance issue we had was addressed swiftly, with someone coming to resolve it almost immediately. The rental itself was spacious and cozy, providing all the amenities we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had a smooth departure. With multiple properties listed, the host is very reliable and trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the other properties managed by them!
This Airbnb is in a fantastic location and the apartment is quite roomy. While there are a few minor issues that could use attention, I was overall very pleased with my extended visit. It's conveniently situated, offers a decent parking space, has a gym, and a large swimming pool that provides stunning sunset views every evening.
