Wonderful stay! The property was lovely and the host was very attentive. Conveniently located near all the amenities you might require.
This vacation rental is simply amazing! We spent a whole month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just under ten minutes from the airport without any disturbance, a short two-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and only a ten-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a pleasant fifteen-minute walk to Clemantis, where you'll find fantastic dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. A car is definitely not necessary to explore the area. The host was outstanding, making everything seamless for us. Whenever we encountered an issue, they arranged for someone to assist us right away, resolving the matter in no time. This rental is cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was as hassle-free as possible. They manage multiple properties and are incredibly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and the host's other properties to everyone.
I would give the host five stars based solely on their responsiveness and assistance during our stay. Unfortunately, the unit had some issues that detracted from the experience. One of the bathroom fixtures was broken, but the host was quick to arrange for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the towels provided weren't the highest quality. I think the owner should consider upgrading them for future guests.
The location was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map; it took us over 30 minutes to walk there and only 5 minutes by car. The room itself was quite small, accommodating just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the lack of facilities, the price seemed unreasonable. Thankfully, due to Airbnb’s policy, we received a full refund, but paying over $300 for this space felt excessive. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable in the future, and that the amenities are improved.
