This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's cozy and perfect for solo travelers, couples, or a pair of friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore all the hotspots in WPB. The updated kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a stove, fridge, and modern sink with countertop. The bathroom has been tastefully renovated, featuring nice details like a dimmer switch for a relaxing ambiance. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room complement the efficient air conditioning, ensuring your comfort. The closet is impressively organized with a smart shelving system that offers plenty of room for your belongings. Additionally, there's shared access to laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is a plus if you have a larger group and need more space in the main house. The owner was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered efficiently and kindly. All in all, this property met our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with this owner again.

I would give top marks to the host for their hospitality, but there were a few issues with the unit that affected my stay. A faucet was malfunctioning in one of the bathrooms, but the host took swift action to remedy it. Additionally, I felt the cleanliness of one of the tubs could have been improved. The towels provided were also not up to par and should be updated. Overall, it's a great place with a few minor fixes needed.
We had a fantastic three-week stay at this Airbnb and really enjoyed our time. The location couldn’t be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute drive away, and some spots were even within walking distance from the rental. The neighborhood felt safe and was wonderfully tranquil, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to popular attractions. This charming old house, over a century in existence, features an amazing pool and cabana area in the backyard, plus two lovely 'casitas' that are ideal for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. While we thought the property could benefit from an updated washer/dryer and some more comfortable pillows, it truly is a lovely place to stay for groups seeking the best location in West Palm.

This spacious accommodation was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While there were a few minor concerns, such as the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring on the main level that could use an update, overall, it matched the description perfectly and we had no significant problems. I would definitely consider booking it again.

The host was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and requests, which is quite an achievement considering we had 16 people in our group! Their communication was excellent, an essential quality when booking through Airbnb. The listing accurately reflected the house, but unfortunately, the oven wasn't functioning. However, the host quickly came by to assess the situation. Thankfully, we managed with the stovetop since we were mainly there for a wedding and didn't need to prepare fancy meals. We truly appreciated the host's thoughtful gestures and unexpected extras during our stay - a big THANK YOU! We will definitely seek out properties managed by them in the future.

Our stay here for work was fantastic! There were ample rooms and the beds were exceptionally comfortable and spotless. The two back cottage rooms provided the perfect extra space, allowing everyone to enjoy their own bathrooms. We really appreciated the pool area; although we had to use the provided nets to clear out some leaves, we still enjoyed a refreshing swim when the weather was good. The gentle sound of the pool's waterfall was soothing at night as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took a stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The house is conveniently located right near Clematis St and City Place, which are filled with bars, restaurants, and beach access. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely return if this property is available again in the future.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It easily accommodated our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms available for everyone. The two guest houses offered a great balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was lovely and provided a perfect backdrop for our pictures. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large group!
