Our flight arrived around 1 PM, and we hoped to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4 PM. However, when we arrived at 4, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and needed more time. After several inquiries, we finally gained access at approximately 7:45 PM. To our dismay, we discovered ongoing repair work related to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with tile cutting continuing until nearly 9:30 PM. Additionally, the used sink and toilet were left in the kitchen, which was quite off-putting. We didn’t receive any apologies or attempts from the host to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the delayed check-in and other issues, but was told they would have to consult the owners and I never received any follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would hesitate to book here again.
