This location was perfect for gathering my family all in one place. I highly recommend it to future guests; just ensure the pool has been serviced before you get there. Unfortunately, we had to skip our barbecue day because the pool had turned murky and needed some maintenance. The issue has since been addressed by the property management. The host was fantastic and always quick to respond to our queries. Truly a wonderful experience!

We arrived after a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab lunch before our check-in at 4:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working and that we would need to wait a bit longer. After checking in again at 5:49 PM and receiving no update, we followed up at 7:02 PM with still no answers. Finally, we were allowed to enter around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until about 9:30 PM, and we found a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology from the host or any effort to address the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told they would need to consult the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to book with them again.
