The property was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over 30 minutes by foot and about 5 minutes by car). The room itself was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the pricing seemed quite unreasonable. I was relieved to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but I still find the rate of over $300 to be excessive for such a limited space and offering. I really hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that additional amenities are provided in the future.

The location was excellent, situated in a secure area that's perfect for family getaways. The space was adequate for our large group. While the pool was inviting, we discovered the heater wasn't functioning, making it quite chilly; however, we enjoyed the hot tub instead which was lovely! The guest studios near the pool were compact but offered nice seclusion when needed. Being an older property, it does show some signs of wear. We faced some issues with the fridge and freezer; the freezer didn't stay cold enough, leading to melted ice in our bags. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom situated on the ground floor in the main house, so it might not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main area. Overall, the price was reasonable for the region, especially when shared among several families.
