The property is situated in a fantastic area with a secure vibe, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool area was enjoyable, but the heater didn’t seem to be functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we took advantage of the hot tub, which was lovely! The small guest studios by the pool provided a nice retreat for some privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you might notice some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer had issues; the freezer was more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, so I wouldn’t recommend it for those with mobility concerns, especially since there are no bathing facilities downstairs. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location, particularly if you're sharing the cost among families.

Due to a last-minute cancellation of our original booking, we found ourselves in a bit of a bind. Thankfully, the host was incredibly responsive and helped us secure a reservation in under 24 hours. When we arrived, they welcomed us warmly, provided a detailed tour of the property, and encouraged us to ask for help if needed. Their recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
