We had an AMAZING last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment. The off-street parking was a big plus, and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It's perfectly located with just a short stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. Although the furniture, like the couch, shows some wear, the stunning views through the windows completely made up for it. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was small, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functional, and the kitchen lacked essential amenities. Given the location and the limited facilities, the price felt excessively high. I was fortunate to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but for over $300, the value really didn’t meet expectations. I hope the owner considers adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.
We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location couldn't be better for exploring West Palm Beach. As first-time visitors, we were thrilled with how everything we wanted to see was within a short drive, and many spots were easily walkable from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how central it is. This charming 100-year-old house features a fantastic pool and cabana in the backyard, and the two additional casitas are great for accommodating larger groups. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. If I had to suggest improvements, a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the comfort even further. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.

This property is in a fantastic location and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The pool was inviting, though the heater seemed to be out of order, but we made the best of it and enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest cottages near the pool were compact yet offered the privacy we needed. Keep in mind it's an older house, so there are some signs of age. We had issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as it wasn't cooling properly, and we ended up without ice since everything melted. The stairs could be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom downstairs, it's not the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main part of the house. Overall, it’s a reasonable price considering we were able to split the cost among several families.

I would rate the host a perfect five stars for their attentive service. However, the unit did have a few issues that need addressing. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not up to par. It might be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.
