I had to make a sudden work-related trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. The host was incredibly accommodating and reached out to me right after I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a helpful tour which made settling in a breeze. The condo is quite spacious for one or two guests, everything functioned as expected, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk, about 5 minutes by car), and the room was smaller than expected with just one double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower amenities were malfunctioning, and the kitchen facilities were not available. Considering the location and amenities, the price seemed rather excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but I feel that over $300 is far too much for what is offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that additional facilities are provided in the future.
