Youll have the entire space to yourself, but the outdoor areas are shared with other guests.Parking is available on-site with 1 space allocated to your unit in the gravel or driveway. Additional cars can park on the street. Please be mindful of other guests and do not block other vehicles. Parking is first come, first served.Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $50 per day fee, and you may be asked to vacate the property with no refund.In order to receive the entry code for your stay:- Rental agreement must be signed.- A refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.- Picture of ID must be provided.- All information must matchYou will not gain entry until all of these are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.Laundry access is available upon request for a $10 fee. The laundry room is shared with other units.We provide an initial supply of essentials.
