You only need to keep your room clean and may need to clean the bathroom 1X per month, clean as you go for any other shared spaces e.g. kitchen.Room is newly painted, new flooring was just installed and new windows w/sound reduction & cool protective/dark out curtains for sound sleep. Also just added (not shown) is a new desk. You have designated space of your own for pantry, refrigerated/frozen items. There are peacocks in the area, they don't bother people but FYI since they can be noisy during their season but it is on occasion for just late spring and early summer months. Not a flood zone & right off Hillsborough & 275, very safe area & Seminole Heights adjacent.
