The Area: This is the BEST area in Tampa in my opinion! So close to downtown, SOHO, Hyde Park, but not as busy. Being on Bayshore encourages an active lifestyle because people are always out walking, running, biking and roller blading! It's the closest thing to 'living on the beach' you can get while being in a city. Walking on the water at sunrise is one of my favorite activities! The Condo: 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with full kitchen and balcony. Our building is between a school and a church! Very private, quiet and safe.
