Charming community full of pet lovers who adore their furry friends and like to watch out for each other. Gated and great neighbors so you never have to worry about a package or food delivery gone missing. Small enough that package carriers bring everything right to your door! This is a 2nd floor unit that I own with a 2/2 layout so you have your own room 12' X10' additionally with plenty of attached closet space and a bathroom. The room is in process of getting furnished but let me know if you prefer to bring your own furniture. You will also have your own cabinets in the kitchen and shelves in the fridge/freezer so lots of space to be cozy and call your own. I'm the homeowner and have often rented to travel nurses/professionals. I'm fairly busy working most days on capus at UT Austin, taking my dog out for walks - she is very sweet/friendly and well behaved. Most of the time she is lounging on one of her dog beds or in my room to sleep. At 12 yrs old she's very easy going and very calm/happy energy. My dog does not bark and it is super quiet around here! Pet owners are very respectful and that's great because I am not a fan of barky dogs :)This will be a reliable space for you to focus on work, enjoy days off at the pool and we are adjacent to all great things in Austin - near Hyde Park and any kind of shopping is in a 10 minute radius.
