Seeking 1-2 short- or long-term housemates (ideally, 3-10 mos. if possible) for a 3 BDR/2 Bath house in a perfectly situated south Tampa neighborhood while owner is mostly overseas. Up-front caveat: my three kitties stay in the house with housemate(s); unfortunately, no other pets are possible. Housemate must be willing/able to do minimal kitty care with their water fountain & litter robot machine requiring 2X/weekly changes (no scooping!) + ensuring food bowls are filled. Only real requirement is kindness and interaction with them (oh, and re-stocking bird feeder daily too!). If schedules change on sudden notice, neighbors can fill in on occasion if you're away for a few days. Lawn service, utilities included in rent. Small garage and backyard shed can accommodate minimal items for storage..
Large master BDR (king size bed) taken until end-Sept: 1 of 2 front BDRs (with full-size bed) now available: 3rd BDR has my stuff & is for my use while I'm in Tampa--occasional guests there OK.
