Building has elevator and 2 sets of stairs. Quaint condo unit in the private property of Carrollwood Country Club! The rent includes electric, local phone, internet, water! Rent stated is pre-tax. If renting for less than 6 months and a day then must add 13.5% taxes. Rental insurance is required and can be easily obtained through our rental website, cost is approx. $65 per year. Linens and towels are provided along with basic kitchen items. This condo is safe, clean and quiet within the concrete walls. The stacked washer and dryer is located in the condo and there is also a screened balcony off the family room. The bedrooms are split from each other and the King bed in the guest room can be split to two twins instead.
