As you enter on the first floor through the front door or the garage, you will find our secluded MODERN RETREAT" bedroom featuring a king sized bed, wall mounted 55 inch TV, a pair of sleek wood nightstands tasteful art, full sized walk-in closet and a PRIVATE en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.As you take the first set of stairs, you will approach a designer accent bathroom which is conveniently located for your personal needs. The living room features a 70 mounted tv and provides copious seating for guests and effortlessly flows into the large, elegantly designed eat-in kitchen which is fully equipped with a built-in pantry, a GAS powered stove, a pot filler faucet, center island with seating for 3 on buttery leather barstools, gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel cookware, bakeware, rich flatware, stemless wine glasses & bone China dinnerware for 8, in addition to various other appliances such as a microwave, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, crockpot, and much more! The kitchen is wonderfully integrated with the dining room which is where you and your family and friends can easily gather to share laughter, food and drinks for your group dinners or events. The stunning rustic wood dining table seats 8 and is reflected in multiple full length mirrors overlooking the 2nd floor living space. Additionally, there is a writing desk for those individuals who are working from home.You can then take the laughter out to the lush, private balcony overlooking "Nebraska," coined famous by Carol Baskin. This dreamy oasis feels like a vacation in itself when lit up at night and is the perfect place to cozy up to your family and friends, share a romantic evening on, curl up with a great book and a warm cup of coffee or to just sit and hang out and create photo memories of this enchanting space!As you take the final set of stairs up to the third level, you will find 2 more sizable bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is the primary "SERENE RETREAT" which features a king sized bed, 65 inch mounted TV, and tastefully matching nightstands, dressers and mirror to match. The large walk-in closet also contains yet another full length mirror amongst the built-in shelves. As you step into the spa like primary bathroom, you will find a dual vanity with 2 sinks and a tiled walk in shower that is so large you will have to see it to believe it! A hairdryer is located in this bathroom for your convenience as well as bath towels, hand towels and black "Makeup" towels to spare our pristine white towels.The final bedroom located down the hall from the primary is our "ECLECTIC RETREAT" where you will find matching beds that are King and Full sized, sleeping up to 4. This space has been beautifully curated for kids or friends who want to share a space. This room also features a 65" TV and TV stand. A full bathroom is attached complete with a uniform finish and a tiled shower/tub combo.Sandwiched in between these two suites is a full sized laundry room complete with a washer and dryer and even a sink! Iron/ironing board are also available for your personal use.We happily welcome families, couples, and friends who have traveled from afar to our precious city of Tampa to experience all that it has to offer for an elevated and luxe experience. After hours parties are strictly prohibited and will be shut down by local authorities past 10 pm noise ordinances. Thinking of moving to Tampa!? A long term stay with us is an excellent way to explore the Tampa Bay area prior to commitment!Other things to noteHOUSE RULES-Check in: 4 PM-Check out: 10 AM (our cleaning crew arrives promptly upon checkout time)-Please close and lock all windows and doors upon leaving the property-Please make sure that the garage is closed whenever you're not there-DOUBLE CHECK that the gas for the stove is off COMPLETELY, your life depends on it!-No candles-Please take your shoes off at the door-Please only use warm soap and water to clean any countertops. All countertops in the properties are made of quartz. Any bleach/disinfectant will ruin all quartz countertops-The bone china serving ware is NOT microwaveable-Please do not set the AC below 68 degrees-Please dispose of trash in the various trash receptacles around the property, not in the toilets.-No smoking, vaping, drugs-PARTIES are STRICTLY prohibited, there are security cameras monitoring 24/7, noise ordinances and neighbors will alert the authorities.-No overnight stays for guests that are not confirmed on the reservation-Quiet hours are from 10 pm-6 am-Check out is 10 am, Check in is 4 pm-Enjoy your stay, leave a 5 star review and come stay with us again!
