Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the large kitchen with island, dining area and spacious living room. Sit and work or study at your desk with high speed internet and dual screens. Sleep soundly with noise suppression, black out blinds and ceiling fans. Step outside into the large screened porch with game table, darts, and have a barbeque while enjoying the flat screen TV. The property extends back from the house to our shoreline border on the 6 Mile Creek/Tampa Canal and if you choose take a folding chair and relax along the waterway or even drop a line in and see what you might catch. If you want some exercise take our kayak and enjoy a paddle upriver. We even have some bikes if you want to go for a ride. You're less than 2 miles away from the Florida Fairgrounds, MidFlorida Amphitheatre, and the Hardrock Casino, so there is always shows, events and entertainment available. 10 minutes to Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Tampa Riverwalk and Ybor City. Tampa Bay beaches are minutes away or 45 minutes to Clearwater and St. Pete. 55 miles to Disneyworld.
